Every year in Autumn, an older version of Sage 200 moves into ‘end of support’ status and another version enters a status of ‘extended support’. This is detailed in Sage’s support policy and is standard industry practice for technology companies.
Sage 200 2016 entered extended support on 01 October 2019. This version will no longer be supported from 30 September 2020. Please note this also includes the 2016 remastered version.
Please note that though you may chose to continue using your older versions and Century will continue to support you in this choice to the best of our ability, any assistance we receive from Sage on your behalf will effectively end, narrowing your support options in times of need. We therefore highly recommend upgrading to the latest version of the software, currently Sage 200cloud 2020 R1. Please contact us to discuss your upgrade.
The following Sage 200cloud versions enter extended support on 01 October 2020:
- Sage 200cloud Summer 2017 (inc remastered version)
- Sage 200cloud Winter 2017
- Sage 200cloud Spring 2018
All support for these versions ends on 30 September 2021.
You can check your version against this handy table below. Green versions are currently supported by Sage UK. Orange versions will enter extended support October 2020 and be unsupported on September 2021. We highly recommend that you contact us to book in your upgrade to the latest version. Red versions are unsupported by Sage. Again, we recommend upgrading ASAP to the latest version.
